we have been living in our front porch.
except for sleeping, we are there.
all the chairs we have are there, along with the only table. we eat only there. coffee and toast in the morning, tea and apple crisp before bed. Like Hansel and Grettle we leave a trail of crumbs from the kitchen.
i am already grieving moving inside when the world turns to ice.
