a little party this past weekend to give gifts to the one not yet born but already so loved. a hand felted blanket and hand sewn cat. slippers lined with fur and knitted hats the size of my palm. so many books. it was hard to hold the emotion in my chest, it wanted out thru my face, while accepting gifts on our daughter/son's behalf.
